ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the educational content and development of the IT Business Program, focusing on nurturing professionals who utilize information technology and business knowledge to solve problems.
The program's goal is to cultivate "Information Innovators," who not only enhance operational efficiency but also create new business models to generate value. Students acquire three fundamental skills: problem-solving ability, IT knowledge, and business expertise, which they apply through practical case studies.
The program includes applied exercises, such as business plan development and supply chain process improvement. It collaborates with government, industry, and academia to provide students with hands-on learning experiences. A notable exercise involves using the SCOR model to analyze and improve supply chain operations, an approach rarely seen at the undergraduate level.
Through this program, students develop the skills needed to leverage IT for business transformation, preparing them to contribute effectively in the professional world.
